Argumentative Research Paper Topics About Airport Security Need Not Be About How Effective They Are

Argumentative Research Paper Topics About Airport Security Need Not Be About How Effective They AreIt seems that more college students are arguing for argumentative research paper topics such as airport security. We are told that even though terrorists use high tech tools of destruction they can still be detected using such technology, yet the fact is, these tools have been available to them since before they were developed and manufactured. They are very well aware of the fact that we can and will stop them from carrying out their nefarious plans if we apply the same level of diligence that we do to stopping high powered banks robbers or mortgage fraudsters. Yet, they must also know that we will never stop unless and until we are willing to continue spending billions of dollars a year in order to provide them with the means to protect themselves. Is it any wonder then, that the airlines are opposing the proposed legislation that would put us all under greater control over the screenin g of passengers, when we find ourselves at the center of an airport security debate? We see that some in Congress and the airlines themselves are constantly claiming that we do not need more regulation or stricter rules when it comes to airport security. Yet, just because we are the ones enforcing our own rules does not mean that they cannot and will not change them at a later date.Is there really any reason why it is so important for argumentative research paper topics to target airport security? After all, by nature we are herd animals, it is much more advantageous for those who are carrying the lead in a study to give a public lecture rather than trying to force their studies onto an unwilling group of individuals. When I started looking at the topic of argumentative research paper topics about airport security, I realized that they were of a vastly different nature than those that I had written about for several years. I did not feel that they were like the topics I was dealing w ith, yet I wondered if they should have been. Now it is my contention that the arguments about airport security are simply not valid. I feel that the law makers who introduced this legislation have been much more concerned with pushing through their own agenda than anything else. Indeed, they have not really cared how effective their legislation has been as long as they were getting the attention of the media. This raises the question of whether or not we should be focusing on the issue of airport security and not the public relations aspect. Perhaps, instead of making public relations a priority we should be thinking of new ways to educate our students about their career choices, their future goals, and what areas that might be profitable in the future.Whatever the case may be, at least now we have the opportunity to come up with some new direction that will not only make students aware of the need for these issues, but to keep them interested in learning about them as well. It is my hope that you will please consider all this and think on it.
